Dawndi was no stranger to aviation when she was hired at Fargo Jet Center in 2000. Prior to being the lead Customer Service Representative at FJC, she worked at United Airlines as a supervisor and ticket sales agent for 11 years.

Dawndi received a B.A. degree from North Dakota State University (NDSU), Fargo, ND, in 1989 in Mass Communications.

While Dawndi greets executives and pilots to FJC, she also totals line sales receipts and arranges all accommodations requested by customers, such as hotel and car reservations and catering.
