APRIL 30, 2018 (Fargo, ND) Fargo Jet Center (FJC) and Premier Jet Center (PJC) have been ranked as top aviation service companies in the world by pilots in the 2018 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey. The survey asked readers to evaluate Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) they had visited in the previous year in five categories: flight line services, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service representatives. FJC’s overall average score was 4.69 out of a total of 5.0, landing in the top five percent of all FBOs ranked. PJC’s overall average score was 4.57 out of 5.0, landing in the top 20% of all FBOs ranked.  AIN Survey Link

“Earning high ratings in the FBO survey is an honor our team has undoubtedly earned,” said Jim Sweeney, President. “Their hard work and attention to detail throughout the year, even in harsh weather conditions, play a crucial role in creating a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests.  Every department of our organization contributes to our success, as does Fargo’s Municipal Airport Authority, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission, and the FAA air traffic control towers at both airports.”

In addition to being ranked in the world’s top aviation service companies, Premier Jet Center is the only FBO at Flying Cloud Airport (KFCM) that was listed and Fargo Jet Center, the only FBO in North Dakota listed, also ranked as #1 FBO in the Midwest region.

The AIN survey gives respondents a comprehensive list of 4,500 FBOs from around the world to choose as they participate; in the U.S. alone, there are estimated to be nearly 3,000 FBOs. Over the past 12 months, more than 1,800 pilots participated in the survey, ranking 863 FBOs with at least one vote. A total of 43 FBOs were published in the survey results, listing in the top 20%.
