Premier Jet Center | Minneapolis, MN (KFCM)

April 17, 2020 (Fargo, ND) Fargo Jet Center (FJC) and Premier Jet Center (PJC) have been ranked as top aviation service companies in the world by pilots in the 2020 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO Survey.

The survey asked readers to evaluate fixed base operators (FBOs) they had visited in the past year in five categories: flight line services, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities, and customer service representatives. FJC’s overall average score is 4.67 out of a 5.0, landing in the top ten percent of all FBOs ranked. PJC’s overall average score is 4.32 out of 5.0 and is listed as a Top FBO in the Line Services category (4.8 out of 5).

“Earning high ratings in the survey is a real testimony to the hard work and attention to detail our team has in serving our guests. It’s also beneficial to hear evaluations directly from our customers and peers who participate in this survey so we can deliver on the priorities in our industry,” says Jim Sweeney, President.

In the same 2020 AIN FBO survey,

  • FJC and PJC are both ranked as Top FBOs in the Midwest/Great Lakes region
  • PJC is the only FBO at Flying Cloud Airport (KFCM) recognized in the survey
  • FJC is the top-scoring FBO in the 13-state region and only FBO recognized in North Dakota
  • PJC’s Caden Rodning is recognized in the Above and Beyond category

“A big part of our success is also attributed to the collaboration of services provided by our airport partners including Fargo’s Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission, and the FAA Air Traffic Control Tower at both airports,” Sweeney added.
